Three siblings reflect on their simple rural upbringing in the early 1900's. Such aspects of daily living as farming, school, play, religion, work, family and community are recounted. The full length piece discusses the slaughter of animals, baptisms in the rivier, living with out electricity and much more. This piece was distributed to young family members and their children who are growing up in the "city"...so far from the experience of their elders and in fact from the conditions that influenced and upon which were built the attitudes and ways of their elders, the subjects of this piece.
